MapStan.net 's service (e.g., you may not use the MapStan Toolbar in an automated manner), nor may you use MapStan Toolbar in any manner that could interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of
MapStan.net 's service.
Use of MapStan.net services are granted for an undetermined duration.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, still and animated images, databases, programs, cgi, etc., is the exclusive property of MapStan where applicable, or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You acknowledge that MapStan owns all right, title and interest in and to MapStan contents including but not limited to MapStan Web site, MapStan Toolbar, including MapStan's generated Maps, hereafter as a whole MapStan Contents, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, and any and all other proprietary rights, and any and all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide. You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from MapStan Contents. You also agree to not remove, obscure, or alter Mapstan's copyright notice, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within MapStan Contents.
MapsStan hereby grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferrable license for an undetermined duration, revocable at any time without cause, to use MapsStan Contents, to access, display, download as technically required for displaying and using the MapsStan Contents, and for displaying the MapsStan Contents, and print one copy of the MapsStan Contents on any single computer solely for your own personal use, provided that you do not modify the MapsStan Contents in any way and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on MapsStan Contents. Printing pages of the MapStan Contents is authorized only as a private copy for the exclusive usage of the copyist within the limits of article L. 122-5 2° of the French Intellectual Property Code. Creation of an hypertext link to the MapStan's Web site without frames is authorized to the home page of the site
(http://www.mapstan.net) excluding any other address. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the MapStan Contents content without MapStan written prior consent.
Membership access
Access to MapStan.net is granted to members. As a member, you are granted a personal and confidential access code allowing you to use the restricted areas of the MapStan.net site. Your access to MapStan.net services is non-exclusive, non-transferrable and is granted for an undetermined duration, revocable at any time without cause. You are responsible for use of the MapStan.net services in compliance with its usage and with this agreement. You shall ensure that no other person has access to the MapStan.net services. In the event that you have knowledge of another person accessing the restricted areas of the MapStan.net services, you shall immediately bring the fraud to the attention of MapStan and confirm the information by registered letter. In the event of a dispute, you agree that information recorded on the MapStan servers with respect to use of the MapStan site or of the MapStan services, and in particular, the personal access codes assigned to you, which may be subsequently produced by MapStan shall be also considered as conclusive proof between the parties.

MAPSTAN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS. MAPSTAN DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SECURITY, RELIABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND PERFORMANCE OF MAPSTAN TOOLBAR.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE THE MAPSTAN TOOLBAR AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF MAPSTAN TOOLBAR.

Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MAPSTAN BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF MAPSTAN TOOLBAR. SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF MAPSTAN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE MAPSTAN TOOLBAR, FROM INABILITY TO USE MAPSTAN TOOLBAR, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF MAPSTAN TOOLBAR (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). MapStan.net's service. Accordingly, your use of MapStan Toolbar is also defined by MapStan's Documentation, MapStan's Privacy Policy and the ToolBar Privacy Policy.
Miscellaneous Provisions
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of France. Any litigation related to interpretation or performance of the contractual terms defined in this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French tribunals applying French law. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede and replace all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by MapStan.
